1. If you select a standard product, we'll recommend the most suitable model and provide detailed specifications. If the standard product doesn't meet your requirements, we'll initiate a customization process, optimizing the product's structure, materials, electrical performance, and other aspects. For example, we'll design a special reinforced locking structure for high-vibration environments, and use high-shielding materials and cables for applications with significant signal interference. Some products require mold development, at the customer's expense. (If the order volume reaches a certain level, we can refund the mold costs.)


2. Product Selection and Quotation: Once both parties agree on a solution, we'll select products based on the design, precisely matching the specifications of the circular metal self-locking aviation plug, aviation connector, and cable. We'll also provide a detailed and reasonable quote, taking into account factors such as the cost, degree of customization, and production process of the selected product. This quote clearly outlines all costs, including product price, customization fees, cable length and price, and shipping costs, ensuring a clear and comprehensive understanding. Sign the contract and pay the deposit.


3. Samples are generally ready within 45 days (each product varies greatly, so the actual production delivery date will be the final deadline). Once you confirm the sample, we'll immediately start mass production.


4. Packaging and Logistics: After the product is assembled and passes final quality inspection, we'll professionally package it. Customized boxes and protective foam are used to protect the product from damage during transportation. We'll select the most suitable shipping method based on your needs, such as express delivery, express logistics, or air transport. We'll promptly provide the shipping number and tracking information so you can keep track of the shipment status.


5. After-sales Service: Our service continues even after product delivery. We offer a limited warranty period. If any quality issues arise during the warranty period, we'll repair them free of charge. We also provide paid repair and technical support services beyond the warranty period. We also have a dedicated after-sales customer service team to answer any questions you may have during product use and conduct regular follow-up visits to collect feedback and suggestions to continuously improve our service quality.
